As I was sitting down to write my C.E.O. Shift Ezine this week, it occured to me that most people don’t really value their own life.  Why do I say that?  Because most people make decisions about their personal and professional life based on their to-do lists or obligations to other people rather than what is really important to them.

For example:  How many times have you heard people complain about the fact that they rarely ever have time to go on vacation….or attend their kids sports/school events….or take that workshop they’ve been interested in ….or go back to school to further their education…or invest in a certification program that might advance their career….or any one of the 100’s of things people say.

The reason they can’t ever get around to it is because they don’t value their life as much as they should.  If they did value their life, they would invest time and money in themselves to make sure that they lived a life with few regrets in order to experience more joy and fullfillment more consistently. Remember: We only have a limited amount of time on this earth and every day is a gift!

So I’d like you to take a moment and ask yourself an important question:  “How much is YOUR life worth?”   If you are one of the people I mentioned earlier who rarely have time for anything other than to-do lists and obligations to others, please take some time today to think about how you can begin SHIFT-ing your current life towards a thriving quality of life.

Summer is rapidly approaching and since most people have more time to catch up on things during this season, make the most of your time over the next few months to really think about what you want the rest of your life to look like….and then commit to doing something about it.  If you’d like my help along the way, click here to set up a no-obligation, complimentary meeting to discuss how a coaching program could help you fast-track the SHIFT from where you are now to where you want to be:  https://begintoshift.com.aepiph.dev/landpage/MakeTheSHIFT.htm

Have a wonderful day and don’t forget to keep your eyes out for all the amazing possibilities within and around you.
