To Schedule Your 1:1 Coaching Meetings with Kris:

1) Schedule your first meeting in 15 days to give yourself that time to complete at least 2 of the video sessions (so we can do a check-in with how things are going). Then, Schedule your second meeting about 7 days after you expect to complete the last video in order to give you enough time to create a rough draft of your RESET plan so we can discuss your plan in more detail. **Reminder — both meetings must be completed within 45 days of program purchase otherwise they expire**
2) For each meeting, provide 2-3 day/time options (EST) and I will let you know what works with my schedule. I look forward to chatting with you! :)
