ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT DIS-EASE!

You’ve heard the phrase, “Only You Can Prevent Forest Fires.”   These words are probably tattooed to your brain right next to the image of Smokey pointing his index paw right at you.  While this phrase was part of a campaign to reduce the amount of forest fires, it contains a very important point that deserves our attention.  YOU are responsible for what happens.  This holds true for most areas of your life and not just for reducing forest fires.

As it relates to health, we could say, “Only YOU can prevent Dis-Ease!”  Each and every day, each and every moment you have a choice in what you think, say and do.  The sum total of these choices is either an improvement or a decline in your overall state of well-being.

The Buddha said, “Every Human Being is the author of his own health or disease.”

Have a heartfelt talk with yourself and discover the areas you aren’t experiencing the quality of life you desire.  With the right guidance you can develop a wellness program to help you make better healthcare choices that are easy to follow.

Once you have the plan, it is up to you!  Your health, your well-being is always a matter of choice.  And please don’t choose to just “get by”.  Make today the time you choose a proactive WELLNESS lifestyle.

This brings to light a very good philosophy whether the issue is personal growth, financial health, mental health or just about any other topic.

It all comes down to you! You are the creator of your own destiny!

As soon as you identify whatever you want to go after in life, or improve in your own life, after that, is simply comes down to the Nike phrase—

    “Just Do It.”
