Hello!

I’ve been dropping hints for weeks about my rebranding program and I am so thrilled to share it with you now.

In January 2009 I hired Jeff & Kendra Armacost, owners of Whole Brain Creative, to draw out my uniqueness as a Life Coach. During that process we determined my “C.E.O. of your Life” concept would be the foundation for my unique brand which would require a company name change. “Transformation Journeys” just wasn’t going to work any more.

After having several discussions about what my new company name would be, Jeff and Kendra brainstormed with me to create a company name that was short, powerful, and innovative. A week later they came back to me with a list of name possibilities. I immediately connected with the word “shift” and knew that was foundation for what I do as a Life Coach.

Albert Einstein once said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” The life you are experiencing today is based on choices you’ve made and habits you’ve developed throughout your life. What most people don’t realize is over time we get so used to thinking about or doing things in a certain way that we automatically default to the same actions or thought patterns (often without even realizing it!) thus producing the same life experiences over and over again. In a nutshell, we get “stuck” in the same life cycle which typically causes us to feel very frustrated and overwhelmed.

From that realization and a few discussions with Jeff & Kendra, the tagline “From Stuck In Neutral to C.E.O. of Your Life” was born. Helping people go from “overwhelmed and frustrated” with their lives to become more “at ease and confident” is a gift I was born with. That’s why I love what I do so much.
